Information we collect
We collect what you give us directly: when you contact me, book a call, subscribe to the newsletter, or chat with the AI agent.
How we use it
To respond to enquiries, run the calls you book, send newsletter updates you asked for, improve the website and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal data.
The AI agent
When you chat with the agent, what you type is processed by an AI service to answer you. The conversation is also summarised by AI and emailed to Mubashir Hussain so he can follow up. If you share an email address or sign in with Google, that address is included so he can reply. The agent does not identify you in any other way. Please do not type sensitive personal data into the chat. You can ask for your conversation to be deleted through the contact form.
Visit statistics
Each page view is counted. We store the page address (without anything after a "?"), the referring site, your device type, and your IP address with its last part removed (for example 203.0.113.0), so a visit cannot be tied to a single connection. These records are not combined with your name or email and are deleted after about 13 months. There is no advertising or cross-site tracking.
Cookies and local storage
The site sets only the cookies it needs: a session cookie and a security token that protects forms. Your browser may also remember your light/dark theme and keep a copy of pages so they load faster and work offline. There are no advertising or tracking cookies, so there is no cookie banner to accept.
Fonts and third parties
Fonts are served from this website, so your browser does not contact a font service. Third parties are involved only when you choose to use them: signing in with Google, booking a call (Google Calendar and Google Meet), and the AI service that answers the chat. Live project previews load other websites inside a frame, and those sites follow their own policies.
Contact messages and security logs
When you send a message or enquiry we keep your name, email, message and a shortened IP address (to stop spam and abuse) for as long as needed to reply and keep a record. You can ask for it to be deleted at any time.
Booking a call
If you book a call, we store your name, email, the time you chose, your time zone and anything you write about the topic. The appointment is created in Mubashir's Google Calendar and Google emails you the invite, so Google processes it under its own terms. Bookings are kept as long as needed to run the call and keep a record.
Newsletter
When you subscribe we store your email address, use double opt-in verification, and let you unsubscribe at any time. See the email policy.
Security and your rights
We use appropriate measures to protect personal information. You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or to unsubscribe, through the contact form.
